We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If for some reason you are returning an item, returns must be received by Ridgewood Designs within 30 days of receipt of your order. Your Visa, MC or AmEx account will be credited for the cost of returned merchandise, not including any S/H charges. If your return is received after the 30 day period, you will be issued a merchandise credit for the returned item, minus S/H charges. Returns should be sent (in original packaging if possible) to:

There is a No Return Policy on Custom Orders. There will be no credit to your credit card account or no merchandise credit on Custom Orders. Ridgewood Designs will make it clear to you if your order is a Custom Order.
If for any reason a customer needs to return a product for a replacement, we will do our best to accommodate the customer. The customer must first contact us for instructions and return the product (within 30 days of purchase). Upon receipt of the returned product, Ridgewood Designs will ship the replacement product to the customer.
Returning Monogram Wreaths
Because our monogram wreaths are personalized for you with your monogram, paint color/finish, and matching bow, these wreaths can be returned for a merchandise credit only. You can use the credit for a future purchase from us.
