Our company has been creating the highest quality home decorations for more than 20 years. We are committed to using the best silk flowers, fruits, berries, greens and ribbons in all our wreaths, candle rings, floral arrangements and decorative accessories.
Year after year our customers continue to comment on how realistic our flowers look and how natural and pleasing the designs appear.
We also offer a complete line of our enormously popular candle rings.

Shipping Information
We use FedEx as our shipping agent for all orders except candle ring orders. We use the US Postal Service Priority Mail for candle ring orders. Most shipments arrive within 2-4 business days. We usually ship within 48 hours; however, this may vary during high volume periods.
FedEx does not ship to PO Box addresses. We will use the US Postal Service for shipments to PO Boxes. But if you can supply us with a street address in the "Ship To" section of our Shopping Cart, we will use FedEx for shipping.
Tracking an Order:
FedEx will E-mail you a tracking number so you can personally track the progress and delivery date of your order.
Express Shipping:
We offer Express (next day) Shipping. Express Shipping guarantees next day delivery. Please contact us via E-mail or phone (847)729-4394 if you wish to use Express Shipping. We will give you a quote on the extra Express charge.
International Shipping:
We do ship to international destinations. For international orders, a representative from Ridgewood Designs will contact you with the associated extra S/H charges.

Return Policy
We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If for some reason you are returning an item, returns must be received by Ridgewood Designs within 30 days of receipt of your order. Your Visa, MC or AmEx account will be credited for the cost of returned merchandise, not including any S/H charges. Returns should be sent (in original packaging if possible) to:

- A. We do not have a printed catalog. We use our website as our online catalog.

- A. Our wreaths, candle rings and centerpieces make wonderful gifts for friends and family. Simply fill in the delivery name and address and gift card information on our Shopping Cart, and we'll take care of the rest. An invoice for the order will be mailed directly to you.
- Q. What are your Terms of Service?
